Shipping Policy

Free shipping (we choose the method) is available to destinations within:

• Continental US for orders over $300
• Alaska, Hawaii, US territories & Canada for orders over $500

While we do our best to ship most in stock orders placed before 4:00 pm EST same day, we do not guarantee same day shipping.  Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST, excluding holidays).  If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted via email or phone. All orders ship from our Virginia, USA distribution center.

We are no longer accepting orders from outside the United States & Canada through this website. If you live outside of this area and would like to place an order please contact salessupport@eclipsetools.com.

Order shipped to Canada and select International destinations are subject to Brokerage, Duty, and Tax at the customer expense. Please keep in mind that Duty and Tax are controlled by the respective country‘s government and neither Eclipse Enterprises, Inc. nor the freight carrier have any control over these costs. If you wish to specify a broker for your shipment, please contact our Sales Support team at salessupport@eclipsetools.com or 804.561.2610.
