Eclipse Enterprises, Inc. Return Policy

At Eclipse Enterprises, Inc., customer satisfaction is top priority. Because of the technical nature of the product we sell we ask that customers call us with product issues prior to initiating a return.  More times than not, our technical support staff can help resolve your issue via email or phone.  In the rare case they can’t we will work with you to quickly process your return or exchange.  Please review the policies below, and if your item qualifies for a return contact us at salessupport@eclipsetools.com or 804.561.2610.

Return period: All items have a 14-day return period unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Returns outside the 14-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis.  A restock fee of 25% may apply. Contact us at salessupport@eclipsetools.com or 804.561.2610 for more details.

Condition of Returns: For an item to qualify for a return, it must be sealed in its original packaging with all applicable accessories, manuals, etc. Costs associated with replacing any missing items with be deducted from the customer refund.

Orders that Shipped Free: Shipping costs for orders shipped free will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Misrepresented Items: If a return item is damaged, abused, misrepresented, or does not meet our return criteria it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping: Customers returning product for a customer order error or changed mind are responsible for shipping the product back at their expense.

Warranty: Eclipse Enterprises, Inc. warrants the purchaser (end-user) that the products will be of merchantable quality and free of defects for a period of five years from the time of purchase (two years for power tools, one year for Unilite, one year for hydraulics). Satisfaction of this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods at Eclipse Enterprises, Inc.'s discretion. If for whatever reason Eclipse Enterprises, Inc. does not wish to repair or replace, we will issue a credit for the goods. An original receipt of sale must be produced if the age of the product is in question. All Blades, Bulbs, Batteries, Bits, Tips and other spare or replacement parts are exempt from warranty as they are consumable items that wear out and need to be replaced from time to time.

Limitations of Liability: Eclipse Enterprises, Inc.'s sole obligation for defective products shall be to repair or replace the goods according to the warranty

Governing Law: The sale and purchase of goods from Eclipse Enterprises, Inc. shall be governed by the state of Virginia.
