5 Year General Warranty

Eclipse Tools warrants the purchaser (end‐user) that the products will be of merchantable quality and free of defects for a period of five years from the time of purchase. Satisfaction of this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods at Eclipse’s discretion. If for whatever reason Eclipse does not wish to repair or replace, it will issue a credit for the goods. An original receipt of sale must be produced if the age of the product is in question. All Blades, Bulbs, Batteries, Bits are exempt from warranty as they are consumable items that wear out and need to be replaced from time to time.

2 Year Drill Warranty

Eclipse Tools warrants the purchaser (end‐user) that drill products will be of merchantable quality and free of defects for a period of two years from the time of purchase. Satisfaction of this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods at Eclipse’s discretion. If for whatever reason Eclipse does not wish to repair or replace, it will issue a credit for the goods. An original receipt of sale must be produced if the age of the product is in question. 1 Year Hydraulics Warranty

Eclipse Tools warrants the purchaser (end‐user) that hydraulic products will be of merchantable quality and free of defects for a period of one year from the time of purchase. Satisfaction of this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods at Eclipse’s discretion. If for whatever reason Eclipse does not wish to repair or replace, it will issue a credit for the goods. An original receipt of sale must be produced if the age of the product is in question. All Blades, Bulbs, Batteries, Bits are exempt from warranty as they are consumable items that wear out and need to be replaced from time to time.
